Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and The Leo King, Inc., a California corporation located at 18650 MacArthur Blvd. STE 360, Irvine, CA 92612 ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to Beyond The Veil, including free and premium features, subscriptions, maps, decodes, forecasts, and AI tools (collectively, the "Services"). David Lawrence Palmer and the Company's officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and affiliates are protected under these Terms. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Services

The Services provide astrology-based and AI-assisted analysis of world events, including event decodes, forecasts, chat/oracle features, and map visualizations. Content is offered for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not legal, medical, investment, emergency, or other professional advice.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use paid Services.
  • You must provide accurate account and billing information.
  • You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.
  • You may not share credentials, impersonate others, or access unauthorized systems.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellations

  • Paid plans renew automatically until canceled.
  • Billing is processed by third-party providers such as Stripe.
  • You authorize recurring charges and applicable taxes.
  • Cancel anytime; access remains until the current paid period ends unless otherwise stated.

4. Refunds and Chargebacks

  • Digital content already delivered or accessed is generally non-refundable.
  • If a technical issue prevented delivery, contact us at support@beyondtheveil.ai for review.
  • Fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may result in suspension and recovery of related costs.

5. News, Public Data, and Third-Party Content

Beyond The Veil may reference or process third-party news articles, feeds, social media posts, public datasets, and other external sources. We do not control those sources and do not guarantee their availability, legality, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or fitness for your purpose.

  • We are not the publisher of third-party source material we link to or summarize.
  • External sources may be wrong, biased, delayed, or withdrawn without notice.
  • AI-generated summaries, forecasts, and correlations can be incomplete or incorrect.
  • You are solely responsible for decisions and actions based on any content from the Services.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt platform operations.
  • Reproduce, resell, or redistribute paid content without written permission.
  • Use the Services for defamation, harassment, or rights violations.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform software, branding, design, models, prompts, and curated outputs are owned by or licensed to The Leo King, Inc.. Subject to these Terms, we grant a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

8. Third-Party Services

We rely on third-party services such as Stripe, OpenAI, Convex, and infrastructure providers. Their services are outside our control and subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY PARTIES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM. TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company Parties from claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful acts.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations, legal risk, or platform integrity reasons. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, dispute resolution, and indemnification survive termination.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Irvine, California under AAA rules. You and we waive jury trial and class-action participation to the extent permitted by law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
